The location was convenient, with easy access to the ski area as the hotel staff were happy to drive us there. the onsens were some of the best we've experienced, with both indoor and outdoor options, including private ones. the staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful, despite language barriers. the food was outstanding, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious with all the necessary facilities.
Some rooms in the older part of the hotel were comparatively small, but the newer section offers larger and more luxurious accommodations.

New Year's Eve at this hotel was incredible! The staff was upbeat, friendly, and always went above and beyond. The food was delicious--using only the freshest and most quality ingredients. We particularly enjoyed the local seafood and vegetables. The location was also excellent--nearby to skiing and snowboarding attractions. the outdoor Onsens were stunning. We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend the new year!
The room we stayed in was a bit cramped for our liking. However, the staff offered us a bigger room in the newer section which was much more spacious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the hotel facilities to the staff, everything was just perfect. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The transportation service provided by the hotel was wonderful, they would drive me to the ski area and pick me up on time. The location was just perfect, it was almost as good as ski in/ski out. The breakfast that was served was very delicious and the staff were exceptional in their attention to detail.

The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They even provided transportation to and from the ski area, which was a major convenience. the onsens on the property were a highlight of our stay, particularly the private outdoor ones. the rock and wood features made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Our room in the old part of the hotel was quite small, and we were shown a bigger one in the newer section that was much nicer. this wasn't a major issue as we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.
